  1. Consider the time of the year, it’s probably not best to book a Hawaiian themed party outside with no marquee or heating in December…..always have a back up plan, if you are having a party outdoors it is best to arrange to have a certain amount of space under cover or indoors in case the weather turns bad.
  2. How long is your event going to be? If your party spans a full day or an afternoon and evening you will need to allow for two or three food services and different menus depending on the time of day….hungry guests = less new friends or disgruntled clients
  3. Remember the little guys… Have you invited friends with children? If you have canapés these may not be suitable. We can help you to create a tasty kids menu to satisfy the most demanding palate.
  4. Does your venue have easy access for all of your guests? How remote is your chosen location? You may want to charter a bus or minivans to shuttle your guests to and from, also consider ease of parking
  5. Think about how long it will take to set up and then break down your event space, allow for this time and labour in your budget.
