Find out if the venue you choose has kitchen facilities otherwise you will need to consider the cost of the caterer hiring equipment eg. ovens, tables for food prep, refrigerator. You may also need to obtain planning permission to set up a temporary kitchen…
Ask if your chosen venue allows you to use outside caterers, if not you will have to make a decision about what exactly you want and maybe find a new venue.
Check for any venue restrictions such as late night noise …the last thing you want is to be shut down early.
