Canapeum Events is part of The Production Kitchen. Since Production Kitchens conception in 1995, we have been providing the finest quality canapés and meal components to first and business class passengers on major international airlines. Airlines including, BA, Emirates, Air Canada and before it stopped flying Concorde.
In 2002, we realised we needed a new image and exciting fresh approach to market ourselves effectively in the hospitality market and this is how the brand Canapeum was born. Since then we have seen our business steadily increase into this exciting sector - delivering fresh, hand-made canapés nationwide to sporting venues, hotels caterers and restaurants – together with private celebrations and weddings.
